Quarter Value Scorecard started as an end-of-year spending recap for Chase/Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Cardmembers before Capgemini recognized the potential in updating cardmembers on their card usage seasonally. By transitioning to a quarterly model, Capgemini can encourage overall spend, engagement, and retention while making the cardmember feel valued. The Quarter Value Scorecard pictured went out in Q1 2026, hot on the heels of Southwest Airline’s mid-2025 brand refresh.
